Wells Fargo Scholarships for Undergraduate

CLOSED: for the AY 2016-2017. The Wells Fargo Scholarships for Undergraduate provides funding to American Indian and Alaska Native students who are enrolled with a U.S. Federally recognized tribe or state recognized tribe. Wells Fargo is looking for full-time and degree-seeking college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors who hold a current GPA of 2.7 or higher with up to $5,000 for one year of study in any chosen major at any accredited institution in the United States.

Recipients must be able to prove individual membership or descent from either a U.S. federally-recognized or U.S. state-recognized American Indian tribe or Alaska Native group through submission of the AIGC Tribal Eligibility Certificate (TEC). While Federal Pell Grant eligibility is not a requirement, students must prove financial need through submission of a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the AIGC Financial Needs Form (FNF). The scholarship may be renewable depending on academic growth and availability of funds.
